Frosty Autumn Gift Bag

Seasonal Layers Gift Bag

Hello Friends,

It's Renew Old Acquaintances Thursday here in my craft room.  I still remember when the Seasonal Layers Dies and the Colorful Seasons stamp set were new.  It was love at first sight.  Sadly, my Seasonal Layers dies have been neglected lately, so it's time to brush them off and give them a new look with today's Frosty Autumn Gift Bag.

Autumn Wedding Idea

I can picture these Frosty Autumn Gift Bags at an Autumn Wedding.  They would-be so beautiful lying on every table.

DIY Frosty Autumn Gift Bag Tips & Tricks

To accomplish my frosty autumn theme, I used on frosty, sparkly, shiny colors with lots of white.

Foil papers lend themselves nicely to this theme.  I used Champagne and Copper foils along with a Copper Dotted Treat Bag.  I finished up by heat embossing my congratulations tag with gold embossing powder.

The finely detailed maple leaf die is hands down my favorite die in the Seasonal Layers Dies, so I included lots.

To make my purple posies, I chose a couple of flower dies from the set and made layered flowers with Purple Posy Card Stock.  Then, I dotted the centers with Noble Peacock Rhinestones.

The tag was cut with a new set of dies from the upcoming Holiday Catalog called Ornate Frames Dies.  Watch for them on September 4th when the Holiday Catalog launches.  Would you believe that this particular die set was designed with Halloween in mind?

This the last week to redeem your July Bonus Coupons, so if you have been hanging onto your $5 rewards be sure to redeem them by Saturday.  After that, your coupons will be expired.

Have a fabulous day!

Bridal Shower Tea Party Favors

Tea Together Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

Making Tea Party Bridal Shower Favors is easy with the Tea Together stamp set.  I made these Bridal Shower Tea Party Favors for my niece's upcoming shower.  But, they would work for other Tea Party themed events as well.  Are you hosting a Ladies Event, Wedding Shower or a Mother's Day Event?

Learn how to make these adorable Tea Party favors for your next event.  Grab a cup of tea and watch and learn just how truly easy these are to make.

Tea Party Bridal Shower Favors

It always such a sense of accomplishment to see the finished project before an event.  My Niece has always loved tea, so this was a super fun Bridal Shower to make for her.

Tea Together Stampin' Up!

Simply stamp and color.  I find the coloring process very relaxing.

Tea Party Bridal Shower Favors

After coloring all your teapots and flowers, you need to cut all your pieces out.  I used the Coordinating Tea Time dies which were available during Sale-a-Bration.  If you don't already own these dies, don't despair.  The Tea Time dies will once again be available with the launch of the 2019-2020 Stampin' Up! Catalog on June 4, 2019.

How to Make Party Favor Boxes

The box to hold the tea bag is really quite simple to make.  I cut a piece of 5-1/2" x 3-3/4" Powder Pink Card Stock.  Then, I scored 1-3/4" from each edge.  Cut as shown.  Then fold corners to form box.
