For the first time since I became a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in 2005 I took a much needed 2 weeks off from my Stampin' Up! business to spend with family and other pressing matters. I know that the timing wasn't perfect since the brand new 2021-2022 Stampin' Up! Catalog went live last week on May 4, but I am back today with the quirky and fun Party Puffins stamp set. Look closely, there's always a few new 2021-2023 In Colors. Can you name them?
Party Puffin Card Details
I stamped them colored my Party Puffins using a variety of Stampin' Blends (Pumpkin Pie, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Polished Pink and Fresh Freesia). Yes, I did fussy cut the adorable little puffins. I have never seen a puffin live, but after doing a little research on this cute creatures I would definitely like to see them up close.
Have you spotted the new colors yet! Meet Fresh Freesia and Polished Pink with one little spot of Pale Papaya. I inked the sentiments and the birthday cake with Polished Pink ink, then I brushed on some Fresh Freesia ink. Fresh Freesia shows up again with the embossed panel (Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder). The stitched edging (Stitched With Whimsy Dies) keeps with the party theme. For a final accent, I added a few Loose Flower Flourishes.
This cute tag was cut with the Tailor Made Tags dies. I'll showcase these versatile dies more this week.
