Stampin' Up! Trimmer available to order in November.  It's here and it's so worth the wait.  We saw it at Stampin' Up! Convention in July and it was love at first sight.

Stamping on Cookies

Happy April Fools Day,

Welcome to my kitchen.  I wasn't fooling about stamping on cookies.  Let us show you how to use the Sweet Pressed Cookie Stamps. Baking with children is so much fun. Stampin' Up! Cookie Stamp's rounded handle fits comfortably in even the smallest hands.

And stamping on cookies is fun for the whole family, just ask Connor.

On a side note, I would normally stamp peanut butter cookies after baking.  But with a small helper, it's just so much fun stamp before entering the oven.

For today's demonstration, we used Peanut Butter Cookies.

Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1/2 C Peanut Butter
  • 1 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1-1/4 C Flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg, soda, salt, and vanilla.  Fold flour into creamed mixture.  Scoop into 1" balls.  Place onto the cookie sheet.  Rub Cookie stamp in sugar and press top of the cookie.  Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes.  Cool slightly and remove from pan.

Have a fabulous weekend,
