Make in Minutes Merry Moose Card

Merry Moose Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

Welcome to Make It In Minutes Monday Handmade Card Tutorial!  You could literally make today's card in under 5 minutes and it has a very short supply list.  It's stamped with the Merry Moose stamps from Stampin' Up!.  The adorable moose is punched out with the Moose Punch.  This card could easily be stepped up for a fancier card, but in keeping with Make It in Minutes Monday, I intentionally kept the card super simple.

Merry Moose Stampin' Up!

Make a Merry Moose Card in 5 Minutes

Learn How to Make this card.  Start with a Thick Whisper White Card Base cut 11" x 4-1/4" and scored at 5-1/2".  That's a sheet of card stock cut in half lengthwise.  An even quicker solution would be to start with Whisper White Note Cards and Envelopes which are pre-cut and scored.

Next, ink up you pine tree stamps and stamp a cluster of trees.  Hint:  Don't reink your stamp every time for a light and dark effect.  This is a technique called stamping off.

Merry Moose Stampin' Up!

Punch a moose from Early Espresso card stock using the Moose Punch.  Hint:  If you don't have Early Espresso Card Stock, you could stamp your moose using the same ink that you use to stamp his hoof prints eliminating the need for another card stock.

Stamp the moose prints using Gray Granite ink.

Stamp "Merry Christmoose" using Cherry Cobbler ink.  Hint:  If you would like to use this card for another occasion stamp an alternative sentiment or simply skip stamping the sentiment and write a personal message inside.
