Are you looking for quick, cute, and easy Valentines to make?  Try mini envelopes (3" x 3") and the Snailed It Bundle.  Used together they become both a Valentine and a treat holder all in one!  

How to Make Quick and Cute Valentine Treats

Use the "You've Got Mail" snail stamp from the Snailed It Stamp set to stamp directly onto the mini envelope.  Color the Snail to match your designer paper.  I used the coordinating Snail Mail Designer Paper.

Next, cut a stitched scalloped Square using the Snail Mail designer Paper and the scalloped square die from the Snail Dies.  Wrap around the right side of the envelope as shown.

Stamp Happy Mail Enclosed and punch with Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch.  Lightly ink postage stamp using Blending Brush.  Attach to envelope flap as a closure.

Tuck a few of your favorite treats into the envelope.

Bonus-Make a "Love You Lots" Heart Valentine using the Heartfelt stamp set and the Heart Punch Pack.  Tuck inside the mini envelope along with your treats.

Yesterday's Hot Dog card was all about the stamping.  Let's swing things the other way.  Today's card is all about the tools (lots of fun happy tools) with just a smidgen of stamping.  Tools like the Snail dies which go way beyond snail dies.  Did you notice the adorable teeny tiny envelope?  Yep, that's a die from the Snail dies.  And that's just for starters!  There are also mushrooms, bitty hearts, mail, a word bubble, a framed square, and yes....snails!

Creating the "Happy Mail Enclosed " stamps was a 3 step process

Step one, using Bermuda Bay Ink and the Snailed It stamp set I stamped "Happy Mail Enclosed".

Step two, I lightly brushed over my stamping with Bermuda Bay Ink and the fabulous new Blending Brushes.  Yes, I admit that I am slightly obsessed with the Blending Brushes.  I love the effect and they are so easy to use!

Step three, I punched out my postage stamps using the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch.

Believe it or not, other than the light brushing on the Postage Stamps there was no coloring on this card.  That's because the Snail Dies coordinated with images from the Snail Mail Designer Paper!  Love, love, love the fast and easy results!

Hello Friends,

Wow!  The Shark Frenzy Bundle is cuteness on overdrive!  Today's card was my first playdate with the Shark Frenzy stamp set and Shark dies.  Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo...  Nana and Papa Sharks love you.  I think that I will make some of these to send to my grandkids.  Just look at all the adorable accessories to dress up the sharks, not to mention the waves, bubbles, and ocean plants.  Fun! Fun! Fun!

I backed the waves with a piece of the Whale of the Time paper.  If you are a fan of the Whale Done Bundle this is an excellent companion set.
