3 Harvest Hello Country Home Projects for Fall

Harvest Hello Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

Happy Friday!  I love autumn with its burst of colors and cool crisp air.  What a glorious way to usher in winter.  Today's framed art demonstrates how to create beautiful fall decor using supplies that you probably already have in your craft room.  For this simple autumn piece, I used the Country Home stamps and the Plaid Tidings designer paper.  I colored the images with my Stampin' Blends to match the paper.

Handmade Autumn Cards & Paper Crafts

The two cards were previously featured on this blog, but I really wanted to show them display together.  All three projects follow an autumn theme using the Country Home stamps, the Harvest Hello stamps, and the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper.

Country Home Stampin' Up!

Here's a tip that moved this simple Country Home Framed Art from nicely done to well done in seconds.  Do you see it?  I colored the little white spaces around the leaves and berries near the pitcher with the same Seaside Spray Stampin' Blend so that it doesn't look out of place in front of the pitcher.  The rest of the leaves, cattails, and berries kept their white space so that they blend in with the Whisper White Card Stock.  Do you see the subtle change now?

Country Home Stampin' Up!

For this card, I mixed the County Home and Harvest Hellos stamps.  It was showcased on yesterday's blog post.  Get the full scoop here.

Harvest Hellos Stampin' Up!

For this Autumn Thank You Card, I went to my Harvest Hellos and Massive Thanks stamp set.  Pick up all the card making details here.

Garden Shed

Garden Shed Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

Wow, was it ever beautiful this weekend!  I spent the weekend piddling around in my yard soaking up the sunshine and digging in the dirt.  All that gardening gave me the urge to pull out my Garden Shed stamp set by Stampin' Up! and make something fabulous.  What a dreamy garden shed!  For an added burst of color,  I fashioned some quick and easy flowers made with the Pressed Petals Specialty Washi Tape and Perennial Essence Floral Centers.

The coloring was therapeutic.  I just started coloring with my Stampin' Blends until my picture was complete.  Wouldn't you just love to have such an adorable Garden Shed?  The Cajun Craze Blends are perfect for coloring clay pots.  I colored my shed with Soft Sea Foam and added a burst of sunshine with a So Saffron Door.  The greenery was colored with my tried and true Old Olive.

Would you like a little peek at what's blooming at my house?

Wake-Robin

I couldn't resist snapping a shot of my trilliums also known as Wake-Robins.
