They're super easy to make.  Start with a 3-1/2" x 11" base scored at 2-3/4" and 5-1/2".   Fold to form the easel.  Then, cut a 3-1/2" Square and adhere to the front of your easel.

Note the size with vary depending on your post-it note size.  But the standard Post-It note seems to be 3" x 3".

Blizzard Thinlits Die Stampin' Up!

Love the new Blizzard Thinlit Die from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog.  Use the snowflakes on one project, then use the negative for another.  Tips for cutting your snowflakes with this die.  Because of all the details, you'll want to use your precision plate for cutting.  Here's the sandwich-platform, precision plate, Blizzard Die Facing Up (this is an important step), card stock and a cutting pad.

 Hello Friends,

Have you seen the Petite Treat Framelit dies and their coordinating stamp set, Treat Time?  Such cuteness!  I whipped up 5 of these adorable little treat containers yesterday to give to Grandchildren.  My Animal Expedition Designer paper was practically begging to be made up into something funky and fun.  Plus, they were a snap to make.  Would you like to see the other ones?

Happy Hippo Treat Container

Besides Mr. Alligator, I made a happy Hippo Treat Container.

  Animal Expedition Petite Treat

With the next treat container, I felt like I brought the whole zoo along.  There's giraffes, sloths, birds, Rhinos, Kangaroos and even iguanas.

Petite Treat Stampin' Up!

I love all the colors on this bird treat container.  Did you notice the different tops?  The 3 tops are interchangeable.  They fit together with the base die like a puzzle piece.

Little Green Frog Treat Container

And finally, there's a little green frog.  These Petite Treats were so fun and easy to make.  Which one was your favorite?

February 14 Mini Pizza Box of Valentine Chocolates

Handmade Valentine Gift

Hello Friends,

Show your Valentine some love with this DIY mini pizza box filled with creamy chocolates.  Mini Pizza Boxes are also just the right size for a fresh home baked cookie.  With a little paper crafting magic a mini pizza box becomes a Valentine gift to remember.

Handmade Valentine Gift

The inside of the Mini Pizza Boxes are food safe, so they can be filled with home baked goodies, but for this Valentine Gift I filled the box with creamy Dove Chocolates.  Just for fun, I stamped "you're so sweet enjoy a treat" from the You're So Sweet Stamp set on the inside of the lid.

A box is just a box until it's dressed up with pretty paper, stamping and ribbon.  First, I cut a 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" piece of cute painted with Love Designer Paper.  Love the pretty colors, patterns and gold foil of this paper.  The swirly heart was cut with the Sunshine Wishes Thinlets dies.  Hint:  For better success with finely detailed dies use the Precision  Base.  I stamped the bird and cut the other pieces with the Petal Palette Bundle.  For added pop I heat embossed "I Just Love You" on Melon Mambo card stock.  As a finishing touch, I made a double bow with Calypso Coral Shimmer Ribbon.  This gorgeous ribbon was a FREE Sale-a-bration gift.
