Our newest grandson was born late last week, so naturally, I set to making a handmade Baby Card. It's a Double Z Fold Card featuring retiring, carryover, and new stamps and dies. I love that I could personalize Baby Hudson's Card using my Large Letter Framelit Dies. These dies are fabulous for oh so many things. I will be sad to see these dies go. They are only available about a week more or WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
Would you like to meet Baby Hudson and learn How to Make Double Z Fold Cards?
How to Make a Double Z Fold Card
Cut Card Base 4-1/4" x 11". Score at 2-3/4" and 5-1/2".
Cut a second strip of card stock measuring 2" x 11" to form the second "Z". Score at 2-3/4" and 5-1/2".
Hint: The second Z will go the opposite direction of the card base as shown in the picture above.
The Double Z Fold Card is 3 dimensional, but it will fold to tuck neatly in an A-2 or medium envelope.
You'll be happy to know that the This Little Piggy stamp set is carrying over to the new Stampin' Up! Catalog. And you will be doubly happy to know that there is a super cute new farm animal stamp set with cows that will coordinate with the This Little Piggy stamp set. The Over the Moon stamp set and the This Little Piggy stamp set play well together.
Large Letter Dies aren't just for card making, they work equally well for Scrapbooking and Memory Keeping. Just look at how they work for scrapbook Titles!
One of my favorite techniques that works oh so well with the Large Letter Dies is the Eclipse Technique. Click Here to learn How to Do the Eclipse Technique.
Large Letter Dies Going, Going, Gone. If you would like to add the Large Letter Dies to your Craft Room Stash, order soon. They will only be around through June 3 or WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
