Approaching Perfection 2 Technique Birthday Card

Approaching Perfection Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

One of my favorite January-February 2021 Sale-a-Bration (FREE) products is the Approaching Perfection stamp set with its humorous birthday sentiments.  This fun Double Stamped Background Card Technique is a great way to incorporate multiple sentiments.  Hint:  I positioned my stamps on my Stamparatus (Stamp Positioning Tool) for even precise stamping.  I love the results!  The sentiments stamped in white (second layer stamping) are from a second stamp set called Ridiculously Awesome.

The second Technique is the Floating Die-Cut Technique.  It's really quite simple to do.  After stamping your background, simple die cut a shape.  I used the Stitched Stars dies.  Then, I used the "happy birthday" die cut (Well Written Dies) to hold my floating star in place.  See the bottom of this post for a complete Card Supply List.  Just for fun, I stacked additional Stitched Stars inside beneath the floating star.

Time running out

Time is Running Out

Reminder, if you would like the Approaching Perfection or any other January-February 2021 Sale-a-Bration product, the clock is ticking.  This offer ends at the end of February.
