Autumn Anniversary Card

Handmade Autumn Anniversary Card

Hello Friends,

Today's Autumn Anniversary Card started with an unlikely stamp set.  I used the Animal Outing Stamp set along with a hodgepodge of dies including Seasonal Layers, Well Written, and Stitched Be Mine.  But together they made a beautiful Autumn Anniversary Card for my son, Jonathan, and his lovely wife, Julie.

Autumn Anniversary Card Tips and Tricks

First, it's okay to mix and match your card making supplies.

I chose the Animal Outing stamp set and the Well Written dies for the sentiment.  I cut and pieced to make it say exactly what I wanted to say.  Hint:  I used my Stamparatus, stamp positioning tool and my Early Espresso Marker to stamp together on my leaves.  Using markers to ink stamps sometimes takes a couple of passes to get the ink dark enough.  That's where the Stamparatus comes in handy.

My leaves were cut with the Seasonal Layers dies using a combination of See a Silhouette Designer Paper, Perennial Essence Vellum and Mango Melody Card Stock.

My hearts were cut with the Stitched Be Mine Dies and Poppy Parade Card Stock.

The ripped background was created with my Corrugated Embossing Folder and Crumb Cake Card Stock.

Animal Outing Stampin' Up!

Since the happy couple met while on Mission Trips in Africa, stamping the inside with the cute pair from the Animal Outing Stamp set seemed like the perfect finish.  Scroll down for a complete list of supplies to make today's Autumn Aniversary Card.

Have a fabulous day!
