Perfectly Plaid Christmas Card

Perfectly Plaid Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

I'm a glass-half-full kind of gal, but sometimes negatives can be good.  Today's Perfectly Plaid Christmas card is a good example of negatives being a good thing.  I used the Pine Tree Punch to create negatives on my Shaded Spruce Card Stock.  The negative trees allow the pretty Wrapped in Plaid Designer to peek through.

Most plaid papers are beautiful, but the Wrapped in Plaid Designer paper with its ribbons of gold foil takes plaids to a whole new level.  To highlight the gold foil in the paper, I punched a gold foil pine tree as my focal point.

Remember the negative trees on the front of my card?  The leftover punched pine trees steal the show on the inside of my card.
