Since we are new transplants to Florida, my favorite summertime activity is time in the pool. It gets hot here so jumping in the pool is pretty much a daily activity. Thanks for the opportunity to win this great blog candy!

My favorite activity is riding my horse, Abby Rio. I got back into horses at age 54. She was my retirement plan. Now that I'm retired, she and I are enjoying our time together.

My summertime happy place is going to Lake Erie. We love going to Marblehead Lighthouse and listen to the waves come crashing in over the rocks. And getting fresh Lake perch always tops off our trip

Hi Everybody:
One of my favorite things to do in the summertime is to go to a nearby county park and have a picnic with my hubby. We drive there and carry the following:
a mat to sit upon, a filled picnic hamper, sun glasses, little chairs with high backs, a frisby
and some fruit. Heaven on earth. Under a giant tree, We watch cars, dogs and people pass by.
Nothing beats lying back and viewing the sky through tree branches!

My Favorite summertime activity is FAMILY TIME AT THE BEACH. (Ocean City, NJ). No matter what the weather is you can get wet or you can be in A/C. We go on trolley cars, we bike ride, we swim, we play board games. We just enjoy each other’s company. It’s my HAPPY PLACE!!
I even get time to craft and I work on my CHRISTMAS CARDS!! It can’t get better than that!!
Have a great day!! 😉

JoAnne Davies

My summertime plans are always to get a head start on making my Christmas cards...with Stampin Up stamps, dies, inks and cardstock, of course. My husband has Parkinson's disease so we are not able to travel but my stamping hobby keeps me busy and content.

Marilyn Fordney

My favorite summertime activity is taking a hike in a state or local park. The wildlife, flora and fauna help me relax and relieve the stress of city living. I also do paper craft to relieve stress too.

I am a relatively new Arizona transplant (1 year ago). Prior to that I spent 18 years in Nebraska. Now my favorite summer activity is bringing my granddaughters down to Arizona for special grandparent time! We talk, swim, sightsee, and play. This year a friend of mine is going to give 'special craft time' and we are looking forward to that!

Jane Ogle

My favorite summer, fall, winter, and spring activity is visiting HOME! Seeing all my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jeanne

My husband is semi retired but when we do travel it’s to our cabin in Broken Bow OK and to see our daughter in law in Colorado Springs. There never seems to be enough time in a day to do everything we want to do - boating or hiking or looking for that new restaurant- and summer is the perfect time to do it all.

My favorite Summertime activity is making greeting cards. I am not able to travel any distance and this keeps me entertained and busy. I get the bulletin from church the first of the month and it list my friends birthdays which I then send a birthday card. Robin 's cards give me ideas .

Connie Kuhn

This summer my favorite activity will be spoiling my new great-grandson due in July.

Connie Kuhn

I should have said my first great-grandson. Second one is due in October.

Robin Feicht

Congratulations, on the birth of your first great-grandson!

Hi!
Spring & Summer ARE my favorite seasons; I love the fresh, new life of the flowers, trees, plants & especially the baby animals born during this time! I also love the wonderful smells that go with the seasons like linens on the clothes line & flowers. That leads me to say that my favorite summer activity is CAMPING & I love that awesome camp firepit smell...roasting marshmallows until they're on fire & burned the blackest black! Outdoor games go with camping & if you're blessed enough to do so around a lake - all the better because you can add swimming to the festivities!
Thanks for this opportunity!😊

Enjoying time with family, homemade ice cream, and papercrafting with friends!

I enjoy having my grandchildren come to visit. It is fun to catch up with them and we do various crafts together. We also try to take them to see something of interest in the state.

Babe O'Mara

Every year I take a trip with my adult children. A few weeks ago we took a cruise to Alaska. It was fabulous. We had great meals and the weather was clear. Lots to do and see. We were all together, yet I was able to be with each one of them. I look forward to these trips all year long.

My favorite summer thing is enjoying food, drinks and family.

Dreama Laibach

My favorite thing in summer is Fun Friday Adventures with Mawma. Since my grandchildren started school we have made Fridays in the summer our fun day together. We hike, swim, picnic, go to movies, do the summer library program, visit the zoo, the Amish Farm, the Wilds,African Safari, splash pool, SPI museum. I can't even think of all the things we've done! but I am storing up treasures in my heart and I think they are too.

Judy Golas

My favorite thing to do is gardening. When my blueberries, red raspberries, black raspberries and blackberries are ripe it’s time to pick and make jams. Last year I made 60 plus jars then at Christmas time add a cute homemade stamped tag and the gifts are ready to go. Both the jams and tags are a hit!

Tammy Poth

My favorite thing is crafting. I can do it anytime of year. I really enjoy making things as gifts for friends and family. Currently, I am preparing for my daughters wedding in the fall. It definitely helps to be a crafty person. We are making a lot of our own decorations etc.

LEANNE M PUGLIESE

Well, mule riding certainly looks like a fun thing to do! But we like to go to the beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and just take in the sun, surf and sand! Thanks for the chance to win!

A lazy day with my hubby is a rare treat in the summer as he is a building contractor. Farmers have to "make hay when the sun shines" as do contractors, who work hard, long hours during the summer months. So, while others complain when rain ruins their summer days ... that's when we make our together time plans. A movie, lunch out at our favorite spot, a day trip to Amish country or some hideaway. While I wait for our perfect rainy summer day, I enjoy paper crafting of course with my Stampin Up products.
