Bloom by Bloom Scrapbook, Card, Home Decor
January 31, 2019
Hello Friends,
Bet you didn't know that it is Inspire Your Heart With Art Day? It is and I rose to the challenge with 3 Paper Crafting Projects. Which is your favorite way to express yourself with Paper Crafts? Is it Home Decor? Is it Scrapbooking? Or is it Card Making? Today, I have wall art, a scrapbook layout and a card featuring the bold and beautiful Bloom by Bloom stamp set. With the Deep Freeze, as weather channels are calling it, the Bloom by Bloom stamp set in bright and cheery colors seemed the way to go.
Who says that you can't use flowers for Boys Scrapbook Pages? For today's page I stamped blooms with Blueberry Bushel, Granny Apple Green and Pineapple Punch inks. The Pineapple Punch especially reminds me of sunshine and fun. Thinking of sunshine and warm days, I included my sunshine die from the Sunshine Wishes Framelits Die set. Since my grandsons are doing a little frog hunting with nets, I couldn't resist a Blueberry Bushel net cut with my Under the Sea Dies. If you have been following my blog lately, you've probably already guessed the other die set that I can't seem to resist using. It's the Be Mine Framelits die set. Besides the great hearts, it also cuts the cute stitched scalloped edge.
This happy Bloom by Bloom is sure to pull anyone and everyone out of the doldrums. Again, I used bright primary colors (Pineapple Punch, Blueberry Bushel and Lovely Lipstick) with one secondary color (Granny Apple Green) thrown in for good measure. I challenge you not to smile when you look at the bright and cheery Pineapple Punch Stitched Label with the Blueberry Bushel happiest birthday wish dancing across the front. The sentiment is from one of my go to birthday stamp sets, Picture Perfect Birthday.
And now for the crazy cute Inspire Your Heart with Art Wall Art that started it all. Again, I started with the Bloom by Bloom stamp set. I used an array of dies sets starting with the Be Mine Framelits Die set for all the hearts and the stitched scallop trim. My ticket label and pretty embossed stitched design in the background were made with the Stitched Labels framelits die set. And I cut my letters with the Large Letters Framelits Die Set. The pretty Lovely Lipstick polka-dot paper is from the All My Love Designer Series Paper. I swiped my words from various stamp sets that I had on the shelf. (Part of My Story, Best Catch)
