Count My Blessings Tablescape or Card

Count My Blessings Table Decor

Hello Friends,

What's your plans for Thanksgiving?  We'll have a house full this year, so I thought that I would make these pretty Count My Blessings Table Decorations.  They were made with a conglomeration of products including the Count My Blessings stamp set, the Cookie-Cutter Christmas stamp set along with the coordinating Cookie-Cutter Builder Punch and the Pretty Pines Thinlits dies.

I added a spark of gold with a foil doily and Gold Emboss Powder.  And since I will have a number of hunters at this year's Thanksgiving Table and the week following Thanksgiving is deer season, I thought that it would be fun to add the reindeer from the Cookie-Cutter Christmas stamp set.  I colored my handsome deer with Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends.

The other fun thing about Tablescape piece is that it could easily be used at either Thanksgiving or Christmas.  And if you are not decorating a holiday table this year, today's project could just as easily be a card.

Country Livin' Christmas Card

Country Livin' Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

November is rolling along so fast.  How are you doing with your Christmas Card Making and your holiday shopping?  November is the month that I alway anxiously anticipate our first tracking snow.  With all that in mind, I thought that it would be fun to use the vintage truck stamp from the Country Livin' stamp set for a Christmas Card complete with snow.

Country Livin' Stampin' Up!
To make the snow, I did 2 things.  First, I stamped snowflakes from the Christmas Pines stamp set with Marina Mist Ink.  And secondly, I applied embossing paste along the bottom of my card.  I colored my truck from the Country Livin' stamp set with my Stampin' Blends.  Wow, I LOVE THOSE NEW BLENDIES!

Count My Blessings Card

Count My Blessings Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

Has your autumn been as spectacular as mine?   To celebrate all this autumn loveliness, I pulled out one of my favorite autumn stamp sets-Count My Blessings.  What's not to love about this set?  I love the big flowing font and the gorgeous autumn images.

Count My Blessings Stampin' Up!

The touch of color peeking out above the vellum is the flower from the Count My Blessings Stamp Set colored with my Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends.  All I can say is that the new Stampin' Blends rocks!  For today's coloring experiment I colored with my Stampin' Blends (Alcohol Markers) on Designer Paper.  As you can see, the experiment was a success.
