How to Make a Quick & Easy Christmas Card

Start with a 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Real Red Card Base.  Next, cut a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White Card Stock.  This will be your front panel.

Stamp your sentiment using Real Red Ink at bottom center as shown.

Using the Quilt Builder Framelit dies cut a Real Red Quilt Frame and adhere above sentiment.

On another piece of Whisper White card stock, stamp with Crumb Cake Ink the stitched quilt pattern.

Stamp the polka dot pieces twice using Real Red Ink.

Then stamp the striped pieces using Crumb Cake ink.  Cut with coordinating die and adhere to front of card.

And Finally, Make a Whisper White Baker's Twine Bow.

The Little Things 12 Weeks of Christmas

The Little Things Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

Welcome to the 12 Weeks of Christmas Week 10.  For today's projects, I made a sweet little gift bag filled with December Deliciousness and a "It's the Little Things" card.  Both projects were stamped with The Little Things Stamp set.  The extra little touch on both projects that I love the most is the textured brick wall pattern.  It was super easy to make with  embossing paste and Pattern Party Decorative Masks.  Every time I use the embossing paste, I am delighted by just how fast it dries and the lovely textured patterns.  The little brick wall makes both projects go from nice to Wow!

The Little Things Stampin' Up!

My December Deliciousness Bag was made with the Gift Bag Punch Board.  Before assembling, I  slapped on a bit of embossing paste with the Brick Wall mask from the Pattern party Decorative Masks.  I used markers to fill my stamp with 3 different ink colors.  The adorable little gift bow is a Season of Glitz Mini Gift Bow.

The Little Things Stampin' Up!

Love the eclectic mix of card elements on today's card.  It's all the little things that add up to a whole lot of cuteness.

Just a Note:  The Little Things Stamp set, the Season of Glitz Mini Gift Bows and the Foil Snowflakes are all retiring with the Stampin' Up!  Holiday Catalog and are available WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

The Paper Players

Thanks to the Paper Players for their Christmas Baking Challenge.  It inspired me to use my neglected The Little Things stamp set.  There's so much cuteness in this stamp set.
The Paper Players

And thanks to Inspired by All the Little Things for their lovely soft blue winter inspiration.  As an add bonus, I used the "It's the Little Things" as the sentiment today's card.

And now for an Important Announcement About the Change in the Stamparatus Reservation Windows
11-16-17_th-shareable1_stamparatus_na

CHANGE IN STAMPARATUS RESERVATION WINDOWS

Reserve Your Stamparatus December 5-30

The first Stamparatus reservation window reached its maximum number of reservations in just 15 minutes, which provided Stampin' Up! with some very important information: You LOVE this new stamping tool and for good reason-the Stamparatus Rocks!  Your response was so amazing that Stampin' Up! has decided to make some important adjustments to the reservation process.

As was previously announced, the second reservation window will remain open from December 5–30; however, during this reservation period we will take as many orders as we receive (yay!) and not close the window until December 30. So whether the total number of reservations is 100 or 100,000, the window will stay open!

Please note the following changes:

  • Beginning March 19, we will ship Stamparatuses in the order the reservations were received (first in, first out) and continue through the next few months and beyond as product arrives in our warehouse. Because shipment dates are based on manufacturing lead times, not all of the reservations made during the December 5–30 window will ship on March 19 (as was previously announced).
  • In order to accommodate demand, limits have changed as follows: one reservation will  be  allowed.
  • This is the last chance for you  reserve a Stamparatus before it becomes available in the 2018-2019 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.

Want to know more about this hot new tool?  Watch this 5 Things to Know About the Stamparatus Video from the Stampin' Up! home office.

Have a fabulous day,

12 Weeks of Christmas-Home Decor & Handmade Gifts

Hug in a Mug Stampin' Up!Hello Friends,

Stamping and Paper Crafts is so much more than making handmade cards.  It's also Memory Keeping, Inexpensive Home Decor and Handmade Gifts.  Today's 12 Weeks of Christmas projects are a little Christmas decorating piece and a handmade gift made with the Hug in a Mug stamp set.

Hug in a Mug Stampin' Up!

Instead of scrambling for last minute gifts for neighbors, friends and co-workers, make these cute Hug in a mug cups.   Simply stamp a little tag and tuck hot cocoa, peppermints and a few chocolate kisses in a cute mug and a cello bag.

Hug in a Mug Stampin' Up!

The hand stamped home decor piece is super duper easy to make too.    I started with some stamped images from the Hug in a Mug stamp set and accessorized with a few cute ribbons, Gold Binder Clips and snowflakes cut with the Seasonal Layers Dies.
